RDU98.5FM Decknology is the South Islands premiere DJ competition. This fierce battle at the decks was designed to provide all DJs and Producers experience and exposure in the live mix environment and to find the best damn DJ in the Garden City. Decknology 2014 rolls out a series of heats then a number of genre bending semi finals. 2 winners from each semi final then compete against 2012/13 winner DJ “Ruse” for the epic prize pack from Rockshop and MAINZ and the title of “Decknology Grand Champion 2014”.
Past Decknology competitions have garnered a staggering number of entrants. It is anticipated that more than 50 DJs (bedroom and experienced alike) will enter this year’s competition. Here at RDU we say – bring the noise!
Last year Dux Live we saw unparalleled levels of competition, numbers of entrants, and level of attendance. A year on, and we’re looking forward to raising the bar even higher in every respect.
