WEEKENDS ALMOST HERE! Got someone you wanna impress? We’re doing cocktail masterclasses all month thanks to Dragons Den Social Lounge. Feel free to share the video.
How to make a Sazerac – Dragon’s Den Masterclass
A Sazerac is a New Orleans variation of a Cognac or whiskey cocktail.
– get two rocks glasses, fill one with ice and rinse with absinthe.
– in the second glass place a sugar cube and Peychaud’s Bitters. Crush the sugar cube and then add rye whiskey.
– Tip out the first glass and pour the second glass with the whiskey in to it.
– garnish with lemon peel.
