Continuous Ferment: A History of Beer and Brewing in New Zealand is a thorough, deep dive into the popular beverage’s existence in this country, spanning even further back than the Treaty of Waitangi. Greg came on the show to talk about the book, the huge undertaking of writing it, and what’s some of the conclusions he’s drawn from it.
