The Morning After welcomes Joe Sampson, a member of Christchurch bands such as T54 (pictured centre with bandmates Matt Scobie and Sam Hood), Salad Boys, and The Dance Athmastics, and founder of Christchurch label, Melted Icecream. The duo chatted to Joe about the changes in the way music was accessed in the 2010s, the rise of guitar music out and about, the cycles of what’s in fashion with the music industry, and getting into the industry; then verse the now. He shares with the listeners four tracks that have really stuck with him from the time period; Kill Me – Team Ugly, Synchronicity – Ano Pascoe, Jamie Strattons Live Exorcism – BMP and Supersoaker – X-Ray Charles.
